Whole family has been coming here for years and are always satisfied. Every department goes above and beyond. A lot of businesses advertise customer service, Sinclair actually delivers. Keep up the great work!
Sales person very deceitful, felt as if I was lied to after being lured in for the second time. Was quoted a price over the phone just to drive an hour for the price to increase from original quote. After becoming upset and leaving I called the sales manager to file complaint. He offered compensation that was a joke only after I said I would never come back and would be letting everyone I know about the experience I had. Still very frustrated and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Less than 1 star. I had an appointment for a simple oil change. They charged me for a tire rotation too. I showed up at the scheduled time and they tell me it will be 2 hours to complete the oil change. This is bs. I made an appointment so I didn't have to spend all day here. James is a douche. He was condescending and an ahole. This place sucks. NEEVER go here.
Just had the oil changed excellent service and hospitality!
