Excellent service area. Had my first oil change and tire rotation with car wash. While waiting had a comfortable place to wait with complimentary drinks and snacks.
1 year ago I purchased my 2016 LaCrosse from Dave Sinclair with Jeff Bowen as my salesman and I couldn't have been happier. Since then I have brought my car in for its routine maintenance and have always been happy with the professionalism. Today was no different. I had my Buick towed there after a accident which I tapped a light post in a parking lot which set my airbags off to have damage assessed they wound up totaling my car but I already determined I was buying it back from insurance when I picked the car up they had literally tore my bumper cover off and did more damage than the accident it was missing brackets and that broke my headlight and dan Sinclair sr thinks This is ok I asked to repair the damage he laughed and said I watch to many movies wouldn’t buy water from this guy... read more
