Be sure to ask for Nicki Horr as your car rep! She is very professional, nice, and reasonable. The car was in amazing condition as well. The whole process was quick and timely! I highly recommend the dealership.
I just bought a BEAUTIFUL GMC Terrain. my salesman was Deejay and he was awesome. He was very polite, helpful, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into anything. It was a very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Deejay and Dave Sinclair dealership for your next car purchase. It was a 15 on the scale of 0 to 10.
Please read your paperwork, carefully. They say one thing and put something else on paper. I feel my wife was misled, on her purchase, of a Buick from this dealership.
The service department is notorious for the “you’ll need tires, brakes, bushing, and a new engine” on a 2017-18.. trust me I watched it happen for a whole summer While working here. The sales department some grade A dick heads like any dealership, but they’ll rip you a new hiney if you wanna pay over MSRP on a lemon
Great experience with my daughter and no pressure to buy. Everyone was smiling and knowledgeable of the cars. Was hoping to find a car but no solid expectations. Less than 4 hours later my daughter bought her first brand new car- 2018 Buick Encore. Couldn’t believe how easy and was able to get payments where she needed them to be. Matt, Tony & Drew great job. Would recommend!!

Wife and I were in search of a mid size suv sub 20K$. After searching Craigslist and Facebook marketplace we came across an ad for a 2018 GMC Terrain. Next thing you know we're on our way in. Not to mention, they took additional 3k$ since we already own a non GM vehicle. Dan O'Brien was nothing but helpful through out the entire process. I would highly recommend.
