Customer service was lagging in time management and communication amongst themselves, which then in turn trickled down to the customer. Aside from that, my certified car already has to go into a shop less than a week later for several BIG issues. I think the word certified is used loosely and merely a sales tactic to give the customer an illusion of "security."

They were in contact with me via email several times for a week to get me to come look at the jeep and when I made the 45 min drive they didn't even have it there because there was something wrong with it and it was about 45 min away being fixed. Terrible customer service
Very helpful, from the salesman to finance guys in office trying to get you loans..prices are fair as well
