I had a bad experience about a week before at another dealership and was very nervous about men in general. Tom had to be the most caring person to get me what I was looking for and making me feel comfortable in what I was looking for. A total different approach and Dan was great too. Went in to look at this car, came out with one only slightly more expensive, with a TON of better features. It was a great experience from top to bottom: dealer was immediately responsive, and took great care of us at the dealership. I'll be excited to shop here again.
I contacted Dave Sinclair about this truck and was called by a nice man to set up an appointment. I had some unplanned family come in for the holidays so I was unable to make it in on that date. I was greeted by Chris at the dealership and shown the truck that I was interested in. We negotiated a bit and came to a deal on my trade. I was more than pleased with my treatment and the way that the deal was handled, and now am the proud owner of a new 2017 sierra!.

As soon as I called about my interest in the car I was met with excellent service. Both Andy and Dan verified that I was coming to see it and when I arrived it was immaculate, gassed up, warmed up and the heated seats were even on! The entire experience was great. I will be writing the dealer on this shortly!
I felt a little pressure by the salesman to come out and look at the car. It was not the car for me, but they did show me something else. The salesman asked me questions to help find what I am looking for and then brought in his manager who asked the same questions over again. I understand the business is to sell a car, but felt more pressure than at the other dealerships I have contacted.
Harassing. Then didn't even still have the car I wanted. Tried convincing me I wanted a different car. Haha I know what I want and I took my money elsewhere
