We were purchasing a home from out of state and we couldn't have done this with out Dave. He was highly responsive, professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Dave did a great job of listening to our goals for our retirement home. It certainly wasn't easy for him, as we are out of state. Dave coordinated a variety of video tours for every potential home, wrote numerous unsuccessful offers in an "over- heated" marketplace and described what he was seeing outside of what the video could capture.
