My mother is 90 years old, lives alone. Her water heater went. They came in put in a new one and were more than fair with the price. If you have an elderly relative down in the area- I'd say you can trust these folks. They were prompt- Seem to have done a good job (I'm not a plumber!), sold a good product (Rheem), and were under what I expected. All things considered how much more can you expect. So If you or a relative is in a Fix- try them.

We were recommended to use this company for our hookup to city water (neighborhood just finished the setup from well water), and the process was smooth sailing!
