Waited almost 2 hours for what was supposedly a 45 minute oil change. When I inquired how much longer it would take the service desk worker, he argued with me regarding what time i arrived. Very unprofessional and rude. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
I bought my car brand new at Mcdermott and I honestly have to say that in all my 40 plus years of buying and having cars serviced I have never been treated so good. They are knowledgeable and friendly and I wouldn’t trust my baby with anyone else. Shelby and the crew are aces. They treat my car as if it was their own. My car has had some major engine work. Dakota you’re the best. When I drive out after service I know I’m behind the wheel of a quality job

I went in for oil change only, they gave me oil change and tire rotation ,I did not need rotation because I had gone to town fair tire where I bought tires the day before ,when I got bill for 55 dollars they said they don't do just oil changes with getting tire rotation,,that not right,i have spent over 2500.00 this year on my car ,they refused to give me discount for not needing rotation, I will not be doing business with them ,they are a complete rip-off on part and labor,cant sell cars lets rip people off
Big thanks to Joe Cetta and Shelby in service they exceed my expectations every time and get me back on the road in a timely fashion!
