I'm in the market for a 2020 c8. I walked in with deposit in my pocket and found myself walking toward salesman and not one approached me to ask if they could help me out. there was roughly 6 ot 7 guys just standing around doing nothing but conversating. One guy even looked at me while I stood 5 feet away from him looking over at him and he walked through an office to get away from me.
I am 800 miles from home and took my Tahoe in for a noise. I had an appointment and waited almost 3 hours with no update. All for them to tell me that they don’t know what’s causing it. So I literally paid 135.00 dollars for a car wash. Very unhelpful in the service department. As I was leaving I was obviously frustrated, the man said “have a great day” and not in a nice way. I left in tears.

both Jason and Joe from the service dept proved today that good "make your customer want to come back for future service and sales "service is dead. no more make a customer happy. . To bad they are close to home and keith seems like a person that McDermott is not worthy to have on their team. A salesman had me hooked on my next truck. it would have been purchased there but with a service dept like that.. well they closed that possibility.
