I called Dave Hellman about my Hyundai as I had an emergency with my car my coil spring busted . The customer service at Hyundai was so warming they were aware of my situation and that was my only car . Justin didn’t make promises but reassured me that he understands the situation and he will do his best to get it in. They did within a day and half my car was fixed . The ladies who answer the phone were so polite. And Justin has excellent customer service .
Quick, efficient service, and can be done while you wait rather than having to leave the vehicle.
Love the Service Dept staff. I discovered I had a couple lights out on the back of my car. They squeezed me in on a very full day and had me fixed. I left it for the day and they got me taken care of. I really love the shuttle service to work and back. Very prompt. Thanks for doing it well and doing it right. I’m happy I chose to buy my car here.
