I stopped in today on my way home from work because my windshield wipers weren't working and with all the snow I wanted to see if they could take a quick look at it. It was after 5 PM and all the service techs were gone but the people who were closing up pulled my car in the service bay and looked at it. The wipers were just encased in ice so after a good hosing off they were free and working perfectly! I appreciate the time they took to see what they could do for me in such inclement weather.
