My first time was pretty horrible. I just moved out here from the bay area and always go to the one in Milpitas. First there were a lot of kids. Then, once in line waiting to get my tickets counted this lady & her kid walks right in front of me, it was impossible for her to not see me.. The cashier saw it and didn't say anything to her.. Food was great! Atmosphere was awesome! Plenty of fun games also!
This was our first visit here. My son played one game and lost his card. He was crushed. We talked to our server Jesse, and went to the manager to see what can be done. To my surprise, Mike, the manager looked up our cards we just purchased and replace it with a full card. For a single mom on a tight budget, I was very impressed. The food was good, also.
surprised to be seated after only waiting almost 1 min on a Saturday night at 5:15, But the issue is waiting the 20+ min for your server to come. My burger was fantastic, wife's salad was horrible. Sons kids meal was a absolute joke. Then we sat for over 30 min with dirty, empty plates in front of us. Just eating dinner took 1 hour and 35 min. That in my eyes is unacceptable. Not impressed.
Very disappointed w/our bartender "M"!! Ordered 1 double well vodka & cran for $12.93, 2 minutes later my friend orders grey goose & cran for $3. Horrible customer service.!!
