Went for my daughters birthday last Night. We were really looking forward to a good meal, watch the game, and Play games. They forgot food orders, when we got the food it was cold, and pretty nasty. Even the lemonade was watered down.. I bused our table myself because nobody ever came. Good place to watch a game. Never will eat the food again..
I came here for my birthday but they don't do anything for birthdays. I thought for sure they would have at least gave some free play or a dessert. The bar tender even checked my ID and she didn't even say happy birthday to me. I was disappointed for this was my first time going there

Our family frequently have family dinners here when we are celebrating one of the children's birthday. I called yesterday to make a reservation for Last night & was told I have to make a reservation Three days in advance. When we got there we had a two hour wait to get a table. As we checked during our two hours how much longer, we were told seven in front of us.. then told five in front of us.. then there were six in front of us. We had our team building annual event during lunch and had a blast. Place was awesome and service was great.
Service was horrible! Took forever to get our food, drinks, and dessert. Nothing but excuses from the waitress. When members from our party went directly to the bar, they waited over 20 minutes and never got served. It was a Thursday night, not a lot of people in the eating area. Yes, the kids loved the games, but had to keep refilling cards because of the lack of service..... maybe that is why they were so slow.
What an awesome time. Great food, awesome staff & fun games. Looking forward to the next visit.
Had a family bday party. I didnt get my food till the rest of my party was almost done. We had to send several orders back because of simple mistakes. It took over a 1/2 hr to get our bill after asking 3 times. Food was mediocre. Our waitress really tried but you could tell that others behind the scenes were inadequate and she was getting frustrated. At least the kids had fun playing games. I have no plans of going back.
