My son wanted to celebrate his 14th bday here. I was very pleased since the time we walked in. We were seated right away and our waitress was amazing. The food was yummy and he had a great time with his friend. We went on a Saturday before 5pm, beat the crowds, so mom was happy. Will defently go back again. Thank you for making his bday special..
My first experience on Sunday Sept 4 at Dave and busters ever and we were so excited We had an awful waiter (Juan) sorry I feel bad for putting him on blast but the manager must know. TORI is a rude bartender with NO customer service. Ever since when can customers NOT sit at the bar top to redeem food vouchers, which they get from tickets? We were told to sit at the tables instead. She DIDN'T want to scan each individually. Really?! Talk about being lazy, I mean that is your job to ring up your customers. Half the games where down including Star Wars which the commercials brag about,the Football game was a joke,it took 10 mins to get a beer from the bar and after i was going to order another, no one stopped to greet me or see me,they were chatting with the other servers and texting or playing Pokemon.Congratulations half your business will probably go to Milpitas from now on ,Knuckleheads
Needs a holographic game. Food was pricey and the bartender doesn't know the difference between a chocolate cake shot and a German chocolate shot!
Front desk cashier's were unprofessional and rules set by this local establishment seem to be whatever they say. Furthermore, the house policy that a 20-year-old needing a 25+ year old guardian is absolutely ridiculous. A ton of broken machines on the more popular machines as well so don't bother trying to win here. I suggest Milpitas if any location other than this one.

We were very disappointed today. My husband and I both heard our waitress say that drinks were included with the kids meal (which were priced around $6.79). So you could imagine our shock when we were charged $3.29 per drink!! Frankly, I find that charge outrageous in and of itself. But then my husband talked to the manager (Rocky) and he was very unsympathetic, even though the menu doesn't included prices on their drinks (I would include a picture of the menu but Facebook won't let me).
