My kid got his card stolen and they refused to let him use his tickets unless I bought a new card. Absolutely horrible customer service on the arcade side, from the kid waiting the counter to the "manager" that waddled over to "help".

My wife and i have always loved Dave and Busters. The food tonight was awesome, drinks great. Unfortunately tonight we encountered about 100 kids playing games that were very inconsiderate to others. They were bumping into everyone like it was a game. It will be better next time.
First timers tonight and we all had a blast!! The 2 hour drive was well worth it! The snow cone drinks were yummy and on happy hour, the food was awesome ... Can't wait to come back!!!!
Nothing like being seated almost immediately to wait 20+ minutes for a waiter.. ended up leaving. Happy anniversary to us...
