I definitely thought this place was for adults..... take your kids to Chucky Cheeses people...
From Valet service to a two hour wait for a table all poor service and the bartender tried to take $10 in change and pulled it out of Her back pocket when confronted about it!!
Edited: I was contacted by a manager who was very nice and apologized for the service and invited us back for a better experience. First time here and it was the absolute worse visit I've ever had at a restaurant! First our order was wrong so our waiter tells us to go play some games while they remake our food. Then we come back to our table to find that it was given to someone else and had to be seated again. Ate at Dave and Busters for the first time tonight. Worst service ever!! Waited 40 minutes for a seat, ordered right away and waited over an hour for HALF of our food to come. And it was cold. My burger wasn't cooked at all in the middle and my stomach is feeling it hard core. My wife's salad was the consistency of canned spinach AND there were bugs at our table. That place need some work! DISGUSTING!!
Rude staff, too many outdated games, not enough stations for newer and more popular games, food and drinks are over priced. We won't return.
So disappointed. Took my grandchildren there while visiting Orlando and from the hostess being unprofessional to our order being wrong! Never again!
