We love our waitress, Ria. I swear we need costumer service like this everwhere!! We love dave and busters and wish we had one in mobile al!!!! Kids loved the games and the lady doing balloon animals! Awesome environment! Awesome experiance!
We got seated pretty quickly. Then it took forever for someone to take our drink order. They told us it was the middle of a shift change. Our server was great and very attentive. The cost of the games was quite a bit unfortunately. We got the Eat/Play deal with the $20 cards and our kids went through the cards in minutes and that was with us powering up the cards. This was very disappointing after spending almost $300. :(

The food is horrible. I've been going to d&B for 16 years now. From Philadelphia to Hawaii I've been to over 30 and this is by far the most disappointing one. The receptionists are completely rude, as well as the servers. I ordered an IPad from this location and didn't even receive a call when it came in(normally they call). The techs for the most part are friendly but finding one is often a chore in itself. The managers are friendly, but the support staff they hire is horrible. Horrible expirience the manager was very rude & dirint know anything. We stayed and spend money because all our kids were very exited but i will never go back. I rather go to chuckie cheese!
I just came with a 39 person group. We had AMAZING service!! Our servers were on point with everything. They were quick and attentive. They also had people's orders memorized. One of the best services in a restaurant I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!!
My kids had fun. The e cards make it very convenient bc there are no physical tickets to turn in. All of the tickets are on a refillable card like a credit card. No tokens needed either. Made having 5 kids there a breeze.
