What used to be my favorite place has now gone to hell with rude staff. Long waits, high prices, cold over cooked food, & lousy customer service. Rude employees everywhere. I felt like I was an inconvenience to any employee that waited on me, so we took our business someplace that deserved it. Never again.

They are very rude I took my daughter here for her 18Th birthday a party of 15 service is bad waitress had bad attitude slow service we waited 1 hour for food BAD SERVICE

My cousin told me he took a party of 12 to Dave and Buster's in Ontero, CA to celebrate his niece's birthday. The following is what he put on FB, to be honest, if a single Dave and Buster's is like this, I wonder if they are ALL like this. I am warning any one who hates bad service, Dave n busters in Ontario has the worst service ever and they are very high priced the food is good, but they give you so little, the Bar tender lag too.And they are very rude.

It's like a Chuck E Cheese for adults. Lots of video games for tickets that you can load on your card. They have a restaurant and a bar too. Very easy to spend a lot of money fast here though since you pay / load your dave and busters refill card instead of using real cash.

I have never had a better steak. This is really sad to say because i thought i ate well before i went here. The chef is perfection. What ever they are doing is wonderful

This place has the worst, most rude employees ever, 20 minutes before the posted closing time, we were confronted by a man in a shirt and tie, said he was the manager, and said everything was shut down for closing time. We told him that we had 20 minutes before closing, he had us escorted out. What kind of service is this to a couple of customers who spent $200plus in one night. I will never return here ever again. This is a really fun place to go and hang out with your friends. It is geared toward teens and young adults. If you are a gamer then this is the place for you. They also have nice party packages if you want celebrate a birthday. Kids really dig this place.
