Food was � but it took forever to get it same with our drinks � we did a team building event that was fun
We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and were very disappointed. The service was EXTREMELY slow, drinks were horrible ( Margarita tasted like watered down orange juice & the beer was flat and room temp.) Food was so-so but not worth the price, service was bad we were never asked for refills or if there was anything else we needed. One of our friends meals was "accidentally deleted" from our order; so once everyone was finished eating he finally got his. I had my daughter's 10th birthday party. The service was poor and they were not well prepared to recieve my guest. I had to talk to the manager to get someone to help the 1 waitress, we had for 23 kids and 18 adults. Overall it was okay, just poor planning and not well organized.
Walked in to buy my game card, the girl seemed annoyed, cause I was asking questions. Mind you this was my first visit here. She apologized, and said "sorry, I'm ready to go home, and my feet hurt". Then I made my way over to the restaurant area to reserve a table, the host was unfriendly, when I asked how long the wait was, he snapped "your next!".
