Need better service, will not be coming back this place SUCKS!!
Ordered the philly steak burger asked for well done it was still pink. Waiter was slow and I asked him about a coupon I got in my email and showed him my phone and when he handed it back to me it got deleted. So went to front counter and had to speak to 3 different people before I got it taken care of. Games are priced too high for only a $20 card. Basically this place is an overrated adult chucky e cheese.

Go every Thursday for football with wife for drinks at the bar, and enjoy it Everytime. As for the food since I've order many things so far I don't have any complaints. To me everything I've ordered there is delicious.
Play areas not clean, bathrooms not clean, food not good. Disappointed on the whole experience at Dave and Busters.
We had a Birthday Celebration and I don't particularly like the fact that 75% of your party has to be there before your seated. I tried calling ahead to make them aware that it would be a large group and was told it was first come first serve. Once we were seated at "shift change" it took 20 minutes for our server to come greet us and take our drink order. Another 20 minutes to get our drinks.
