To whom it may concern: I am writing regarding a recent unfortunate experience at Dave & Buster's. I with 6 other adults chaperoned 20 young people from our church to an outing at Dave & Buster's Orland Park Location. This was Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 11:00 - 1:30pm. DnB used to be 1 of our favorite places to go. I have 3 power cards and we typically go once a month. So far though the past few months have been a negative eye opener on how down hill this establishment has become. I hate to say it, but it's basically a bougie chucky cheese now. Servers stand around doing absolutely nothing as you order your own food and drinks while they chat and do jack.
