Worse service Ive ever received from the kitchen. I ordered three separate shareable items only to receive half of the first shareable item 45 minutes later. On October 1st my family and I went to **** and busters after a haunted house tour for my birthday which was the worse experience once again. We had reservations for 12 people we arrived at 10:30 pm and the restaurant did not close til 2 am. They are racist and hire rude servers and seating host. Rude to kids and customers they need to close down or fire all the horrible employees. I don't recommend the Portland Oregon ************ location to anyone. The kicked out our family Asian family and another black guy for no reason after we paid for our drinks. No D&B reward for birthday party or 18 people eating together having good time, Spend $800($250 on food, $550 on games) at D&B for party, 16 kids(all high school kids) and two adults(well, somebody had to watch them).. that's $44 a heads if you are counting... They refuse to credit points for food through the D&B reward points. So, they lied "D&B rewards members get FREE game chips for Food & Beverage purchases." Printed on the receipt....

On May 25 2022 I was at the D&B in Myrtle Beach SC. I was alone when I attended this location. I went to the waitress waiting area to be seated. I stood there ten minutes before I ask the manager to be seated. The manager/GM Mark told me I needed to go to another waitress area to place my name. I went in with my family for dinner on March 16th. Then we paid a lot of money to play some arcade games. Eventually we started playing a star trek themed coin pusher machine that rewarded us with coins and flash cards that we could trade in for points. We played the machine continuously for a while so we stacked up a decent amount of flash cards.
