terrible! do not go with this guy for your home selling/buying process. he doesnt answer the phone, doesnt respond in a timley manner and then refuses to release my earnst monies b.c "my realtor doesnt know how to do her job". (childish) this guy is email only and a compete waste of space. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. note to him- learn to read a contract and be more present in the process.
