John Weigel helped us buy our car last week. I dragged my wife who didn't want a new car and does not like going to car dealerships because of the pushy salesman. We also had our eight month old with us which we knew would be twice as difficult. John was incredible. Not only was he relaxed and let US truly make the decision about the car, but he was so accommodating with our son and all of our needs. Last week I rated our Conv van purchase a 1, for follow up on a items list to be done after two trips we were not satisfied, today we picked up the Conv van at Ziebart, everything has been completed to our satisfaction, I'm changing my rating to a 4 out of five, I would like to give them a 5 but after 3 tries everything was accomplished, had a good quality check been done the 1st time I could have given a 5, but I do thank the Arbogast Team for a job well done and we love the conversion van, again,"Thank you Arbogast Team".

Excellent service last Thursday. It was easy to make my service appointment on-line for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 Enclave. They had me in and out in less than a hour. While I waited there was coffee and wifi so I could keep up with work stuff. Thanks to Kevin in Service, and Dave McMaken who keeps on giving me great service after the sale. I'm looking forward to another great Arbogast deal next year when my lease is up.

Had my first experience with the Arbogast team today and they were amazing. I found the vehicle I wanted through their web site (very user friendly) and upon request was contacted by Mike Force (incredible guy). He patiently went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. When I arrived to test drive the van I had chosen, Mike was incredibly helpful and the whole staff was so genuine and courteous. Best car dealership ever! This was our second purchase from Dave Arbogast, and will not be our last!! Buck was great and super helpful!! He makes you feel like he wants to have your business!! And, Walt in the business office was great as well!! Thanks, again!! :) Maybe next time we can buy something more fun than a minivan... :)

Beware! I purchased my vehicle here approximately 18 months ago. Purchased the extended warranty. I asked MULTIPLE times if this warranty covered EVERYTHING, was assured it did, with the exception of wear and tear items..i.e. brakes, tires, battery. Well here I am with a vehicle that needs a $1000 repair, onlu to be told by Arbogast that it is NOT covered. So I was LIED to, straight up. When I called to speak with the shyster who assured me these types of repairs would be covered...big shock...never got a return call. I've r... read more

I had an appointment to see a vehicle. This appointment time was set by their staff. I left work early to go to said appointment and they informed me it had sold. What happened to first right of refusal?
