This dealership is one of the worst I have seen. I would definitely NOT buy a vehicle from them. They do not stand behind their work and the service manager is extremely rude and nasty. If this place is an example of how GM wants their customers treated buy a Ford.

Thanks for the service other than the part where my car is obviously knocking but your “best mechanic “ can’t hear anything with only a couple thousand miles till my warranty is up hmmmmm must just be me �
So, website says open until 7, Facebook says open until 7, closed Thursday (understandable). At 4:50 I go in ready to buy a car and they would rather send me away saying they are closing and not take any information as far as what I'm looking for. Sales people were rude about it in the pre-owned building with his sarcasm of "thanks for the opportunity".. BS. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM ARBOGAST AGAIN until I get a formal apology from every salesperson that works in pre-owned.
I just want to Shout out JOE BAUMAN!!!!! He made my experience buying a car there exceptional. Joe was honest, knowledgeable and helped me through each step towards my car! I will definitely come back to Dave Arbogast and will recommend him to all my family and friends!!! Thanks so much Joe!!!
