Recently purchased a used F-150 from Dave Arbogast that was described on their website. Made an appt through their internet sales dept. John Weigle met me at the pre-owned show room door. Once we looked the truck over and took it for a test drive I decided I wanted to negotiate my purchase. John was very fair and forthright and I feel I was able to buy at a price in my budget. Nothing to do with our sales man but the Service Dept is a different story.... We have been there 4 times now telling them our wheel bearing is going out. We have had 3 other mechanics tell us this is the problem. But Dave Arbogast says oh it's not a problem unless you hear it going down the road (we have, they havent) We have a warranty but with or without it they are there to do a job for the customer.
I recently did a trade-in/purchase with the help of John Weigel as my salesman. John was very professional and easy going from the start, which I like. He was very easy to work with even if I wasn't. I had a lot of demands and expectations for my vehicle, and we were able to work through them all.
