BUYERS BEWARE Unorganized. Deceitful business practices. Dishonest. Lack of business ethics. 6 weeks after my purchase was completed I was told there was an issue on their end. Never again will I buy a vehicle from Dave Arbogast Buick GMC in Tipp. They'll do anything to wiggle out of their warranties. Crooked. Period. Example one: Waterpump goes out on 2019 CERTIFIED pre-owned Acadia like 40 days after buying it. Took it down for them to say it'd be $1,000 because it's not covered. The worst experience of my life. These people do not know how to make sure to check each other’s work. After spending over $1400 and three weeks later and four times they’ve told me that my car is good to go I would say I Would not wish this upon my worst enemy. Do not bring your car here to be worked on. They will mess it up just like they messed up my car. It is still not right after they touched it.
Great staff! My first new car purchase from Arbogast. Everyone that I have interacted with has been pleasant, professional, and focused on attending to my needs. I even noted that everyone smiled and seemed to be intent on me having a positive experience. I just purchased a car from Dave Arbogast 48 days ago. The check engine light came on 3 weeks into owning this car for a day and then the light went off. On day 45 of owning this car the car wouldn't start. I had to have it towed to Dave Arbogast just for them to tell me the engine is shot. About 4,500$ to have it fixed. I signed a AS IS agreement. So it was my problem to fix because I didn't purchase the 3,500$ warranty. There isn't anything they can do to help me except give me a 1000$ trade in off my next purchase. I call... read more
