Recommended1st time buying from Dave Arbogast, came in on Sunday and looked at some cars that I had seen on their website. came back on Tues. salesmanager Dale "Doc" Morgan had set us up with Joe Bauman, very helpful and informative. he did a fantastic job helping us meet our needs. Seneca Sullivan helped with our financing. normally buying a car can be a less tha desirable experience, but thanks to these folks at Arbogast, it was actually a pleasure. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Joe Bauman was my sales guy he was awesome , and Derek Gambill was our finance guy and he was just as great as Joe. It was short and sweet once we got to the financing Derek did a great job he went over everything and we got paper work done quick. I was a first time buyer and I could not be more pleased.

Joe, Brandon and Walt were all great to work with while buying my new car yesterday. They answered all my questions and even took extra time with me after all was done for some other discounts I found I had with GMC. Walt and Brandon found my additional credits right away and re-did all my paperwork. No problem at all. I look forward to my next purchase with them. I will go back to Joe again when I get me truck. Mr. Buck Buxton Thanks for all the assistance .Buck gave me all the time I wanted to ck out the car and make my decision. No pressure, no BS. He also spent a couple hours chasing down questions I had about the car. Also a shout out to the business office guy. Even though it was his 62 B day, He stayed with me and was extremely helpful to get me squared away and out the door, While his B day cake was waiting for him.
