my wife and I purchased a used car and at first was extremely happy with everything. until 43 days go by and still not recieved our title. after calling last Friday and leaving a message with the title department they call Monday to say they just mailed it. a couple days before my 45 day tags expire. Our first time buying a car from them. No one bothered us and when we were ready they were there to help us. They explained everything that I could understand. Joe Bauman worked with us to get us a great deal on the car and our trade in. The finance department was great and got our payment close to where we want it. I will be going back when we need another car.
