I've had occasion to phone them at least twice for urgent help in resolving a computer problem. They can't be bothered to call back. Once again, about a year later they again, do not call back.
I have had excellent service from Datastar on my personal computer as well as professional service when I was in the workforce. They are very honest and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Could they return calls? Or have a live person man the phones? Even on weekends? Also this page is tore up. Reasonable bench fee though.
