I took my street glide here to get a full service done on her and the customer service was phenomenal. I ended up getting a new back tire because i had a nail in mine. They lete know my brake pads were running thin so we went ahead and did that as well. They also did a few other things that weren't included in the cost or what we discussed but they took care of it anyways. For a 9 yr old bike with only 13k she runs like a dream again. Just picked up my bike from Darrell’s Customer Cycles! Just so you know, Phanie did all of my service, changed brakes and gave me a new starter that I’ve been needing for a while. I support this awesome woman and so glad Darrell has brought her into his circle. They both showed me my old parts and explained some things about what was going on and what to expect in the future. Awesome team. Go see Phanie at Darrell’s. She won’t steer you wrong!

We have been working with Darrell for almost two years now with my honeys bike and every time he has always gone above and beyond to say the least!
