My son's car broke down on the highway, right before a major snowstorm hit and shut down everything for days. The car was completely buried in snow in a park after the storm. We had called Darrell's when the car broke down. We do not live close by, and Darrell's kept us informed throughout and let us know when the park was cleared enough for them to get the car and tow it to their shop to look at it for repairs needed- they went well beyond what I would expect a towing company/service shop to do. Great towing with Eli. Super friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. He was even able to help me diagnose what went wrong with my car which was a big help and also was nice enough to give me a ride even tho it was 3am. 10/10
Really nice people honestly which is a bummer because my car had a no crank no start problem and they had told me they already checked all the fuses and relays which I came to find out later on that it was a lie and a half. I simply looked at them myself and found one relay to not be working properly. I fixed that relay and the car starts. It's quite ridiculous that they have to lie about something very small but it makes me wonder how much they would've dragged it out to get money out of me. Eli was friendly, and did the most amazing job backing up my long narrow driveway to drop my car where it needed to be. Expert tow truck driver! Excellent!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The only reason I used them, was because my insurance company sent them. The driver picking up lied and said he couldn't get in touch with me for over 30 minutes payment overage of miles. He never called at all. Then dropped car off and said nothing to anyone that it was at the shop. Just drove off. Horrible
