Eli was friendly, and did the most amazing job backing up my long narrow driveway to drop my car where it needed to be. Expert tow truck driver! Excellent!
Amazing service from start to finish. The tow company took great care of my car, and my driver Spencer made the whole experience even better. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and one of the coolest guys I’ve met. The ride to Springfield was smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and good vibes. Spencer deserves a raise for the way he treats customers!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The only reason I used them, was because my insurance company sent them. The driver picking up lied and said he couldn't get in touch with me for over 30 minutes payment overage of miles. He never called at all. Then dropped car off and said nothing to anyone that it was at the shop. Just drove off. Horrible
Really nice people honestly which is a bummer because my car had a no crank no start problem and they had told me they already checked all the fuses and relays which I came to find out later on that it was a lie and a half. I simply looked at them myself and found one relay to not be working properly. I fixed that relay and the car starts. It's quite ridiculous that they have to lie about something very small but it makes me wonder how much they would've dragged it out to get money out of me.
