DO NOT get an apartment here. The property management company, Borger Properties, is incredibly difficult to deal with and will tell you they will have the paperwork ready in a couple of days and be lying to you. You will then wait days and weeks past the day you were told your lease would be ready. And they create false excuses as to why the paperwork isn't ready yet when it's really just issues on their end that are causing delays.
