I called weeks an advance for an appointment. I’ve had to wait month to have the money to do this. I called in advance to make sure exactly what I pad to pay. A prescription for contacts which is included in the exam - that’s what they told me on the phone. I got there and they said you have to have a fitting too, which is of course doubles my bill for the visit. Extremely upset and disappointed felt like they were money grabbing me once they got me in the door. I am going somewhere else.
This man is a scammer. He gets the ordered stuff, damage it, makes dishonest claims. I strongly warn patients not to have any dealings with this disgusting dishonest person
Appointments are easy&timely, short wait times,great choices in frames ,lenses,all price ranges, great pleasant personnel all the necessary equipment &tests and then some. Long time KeyWester’s history with patients&community even referred me to a great eye specialist for my little white girl dog! Great to have something in KeyWest we can still rely on Your vision will be over corrected at worst!
I can see again !! Super affordable nicest Staff ever .
