There are always positive points every time I take my car in to Darcy dealership in Morris, Illinois. Chris Mullen takes excellent care of me every time. He's very professional, very personable, is aware of my concern for prices. He's always trying to look for a deal for me – which is excellent in itself. My experience has been nothing but phenomenal thus far! Having come from another local competitor Chevy dealership where I just treated like a number and a bother, coming here to D‘arcy the staff listens to me, make sure that my concerns are heard and the communication to let me know what’s going on is beyond phenomenal . Ken is absolutely awesome to work with. Let me know every step of the way what was going on and then try to make sure that everything I had brought up was addressed.

Great dealership to work with. Excellent service department. Not only is my service rep friendly and informative, he also works hard to keep costs at a reasonable rate. He gets me! I'm a senior citizen and really appreciate this remarkable young man. Darcy is a great dealership and is equally great in their service department.
