I came in for my 15000 mile check up and apparently there is a new scam to charge money, 299 dollars, for an engine cleaning that is needed due to the ethanol in gas. I have just over 15000 miles on this car and I feel if I need this service already it should be included free of charge. I will not be returning to you for my oil changes in the future as I feel I can no longer trust your business to have my best interest in mind. I began servicing my Impala here 9 years ago when I lived nearby. They took such good care of me and my vehicle, and the prices where so competitive. Because of that, I continued to travel back to this dealership even when I moved over an hour away 5 years ago. Unfortunately things have changed and all good things come to an end.
