Arthur Hamlet responded right away. We knew what we wanted and Arthur listened carefully. He presented the out-the-door price in a straight-forward manner. He answered all questions and sent a photo of the actual window sticker. The price given for our trade-in was reasonable. The pickup process went smoothly with no surprises. The employees seemed nice. I did buy this car even though I found out the next day after I invested in this car I needed to have the muffler replaced. Luckily it's under warranty. Hopefully I won't have any problems other than maintenance in the near future.
