Was very disappointed in the Jeep itself and the entire dealership. As a Chrysler /Jeep dealership I was expecting a much greater customer service from them. We arrived after emailing from the previous night asking the condition of the vehicle since it came from Alaska. Rust was a concern. We were assured by phone when I called the following day that everything looked fine and to come on in, we were driving almost two hours. We didn’t want to make the trip to find that it was a heap.
