Pleasent salesman just didn't convince me they would do what they promised. When I first saw the vehicle I wanted I was told that the strong smell of smoke couldn't be removed by a salesman. After being told this I thanked the dealer and left. Later that evening I noticed what I thought was another vehicle on this lot the same make and model I was looking for but upon arrival I ealized it was the same vehicle. Salesman told me he would get back to me about about my trade in offer before I drove all the way to the dealership. I waited ALL DAY for him to call me back. I called him about 3 times to ensure vehicle was still available.... didn't hear back from him until AFTER 5 PM and was told that vehicle was sold early that morning!
