Abu was exemplary from the first time I called to inquire about a new Ford Truck. He handled all my questions without hesitation and called me back with an out the door price within an hour. I was very impressed. Marcel took care of the financing with grace and explained all our options with ease. The total process was very relaxed and smooth. My partner’s tire split on the road & he called for a tow to take him to the nearest Ford (this one)… & I have a HUGE complaint... WHY MUST THIS LOCATION BE SO FAR FROM ME bc they are truly some of the BEST people I’ve come across. 🥰 I wish they were my home location. BIG shoutout to Bryanna Tate & Katiediane S. Absolute gems, whoever hires at this location has great judgement of character. Highly recommend this location for all your Ford needs!
Mi esposo llevo a reparar su carro y le quebraron una pieza y le pusieron mucho silicon y luego el mecánico dijo que asi lo había recibido, cuando nosotros lo hemos visto como lo llevamos porque hace poco lo compro mi esposo, y lo reviso detalladamente porque es algo visible, y es primera vez que lo lleva a un taller y no se hacen cargo de lo que hacen, mi recomendación es que para salvaguardar los derechos tanto de ellos como del cliente, deben tomar fotos de antes y después, de como reciben los carros y como los entregan, ... read more
