I am writing to let you know my disappointment with my recent experience with the service department at Darcars located at 9020 Lanham Severn Rd, Seabrook, MD. On June 3, 2025, I brought my car in for diagnostics due to error messages I was receiving. I was informed that the diagnostics would take two business days.
