Patient Dr. Anderson is a wonderful pediatrician. He takes great care of our children, in both times of sickness and in health -- and we have had some serious medical issues (pneumonias) requiring hospitalizations. He always takes a generous amount of time, even though in the winter months there may be a little bit of a wait. Of note, the old office was a bit well-worn, but the new office is fantastic

MD Dr. Hamm diagnosed my 4 month old son with a heart condition that needed surgery. We had no idea that our son had been born with a heart defect. Dr. Hamm put us in touch with terrific pediatric heart surgeons at UAB. He had the surgery and recovered wonderfully. We feel that Dr. Hamm saved our precious boy's life!! He is a truly exceptional pediatrician.
Great Doctor, Effiecient Clinic. Great clinic have followed Dr. Brookings here from another clinic and she is fantastic. She takes her time with you and really cares with our three children. We always get a same day appointment and the wait is not that long.

The nurses are deplorable, and the receptionists are rude and completely inadequate and no where near helpful. I usually have to leave a message to get simply schedule an appointment and of course they don't get around to calling me until I'm right in the middle of working or some other situation at which I can't pick up the phone. Quick Fix I had to see Dr. Soong when Dr. Lydel was booked. I liked him, but he isn't one for al lot of conversation. He doesn't take as much time as I would have liked when you are a new mother. He is very quick and not as thorough as I was used to with our regular doctor.
