done. She almost ran out of the room because she had something to do and almost didn't write my prescription. I had to catch her. The nurses are deplorable, and the receptionists are rude and completely inadequate and no where near helpful. I usually have to leave a message to get simply schedule an appointment and of course they don't get around to calling me until I'm right in the middle of working or some other situation at which I can't pick up the phone.
