Shomari Talib-Moore I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks now. I have no other means but through this review. I’ve went and seen the shop mechanic a few times already who couldn’t give me any answers either. Said he couldn’t get a hold of anyone himself. I didn’t even know y’all were relocating and there’s no forwarding information available. My car has been giving me trouble for weeks and it’s still under warranty. Ed? Alicia?? Someone contact me please ASAP!!
Bought a 2016 VW golf. He told me they inspected it mechanically but since it wasn’t driven enough since the battery was changed they needed me to drive it to pass emissions. I drove it the 50 miles they said and it still didn’t have the emissions data. After driving 200 and following the guidelines online to make sure the emissions recorded he is dodging my calls.
