Nate Miller rocks! In spite of owning a 20+ year old rusty beater, he took the time to look over my hitch & electrical connection and advise me on what could be done to upgrade my towing assembly. When I'm ready to do that, I'm not shopping around and will take my truck to Dan's.

We had an appointment for 8:00 in the morning when they opened to have our extra fuel tank hooked up. Came back at noon, they still weren't done. Asked the guy at the desk about how much longer it would take. He said he didn't know, he doesn't like to rush his workers. I stayed there until they got it done at 1:30. I drove home 40 minutes away, parked in the driveway. The fuel pump turned on and pumped fuel in my driveway, the lines were not hooked up to the tank. Its refreshing to find a business that will take the time to help a traveler with a problem and then not gouge them on the bill. We had an electrical problem between our coach and toad. Stopped in without an appointment to Dan's Service Center in Elkhart. We were handled promptly and fairly. The diagnosis was through and apparently accurate as our problem was resolved! I could not more highly recommend this business. Thank you Dan's employees.
Professional, knowledgeable and patient. Team Dan installed a 2" class III hitch on my Subaru Outback and made it look easy. They are without question hitch and towing pros and receive my strongest recommendation.
