We pull a long-bed Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van with our Newmar Dutch Star Motorhome. We had a cracked 2" receiver and the Newmar Service Center Manager in Nappanee (IN) recommended Dan's Hitch LLC in Elkhart. Working with Ryan and the team was great. Ryan talked with us about which hitch to install in my short bed truck. He informed us and educated us on the difference between the hitches. When we picked up the truck they took the time and showed us with our vehicle how to operate the functions of the hitch with the 5th wheel. The owner “Dan” took us on a test drive with our unit. I have spoken to Ryan about what i was looking for over the phone. He was very knowledgeable about what i was looking for. After making a appointment I drove 4 hours up the store to have my hitch installed. They installed everything exactly the way they said they would do at a great price! Ryan went above and beyond for sending me out the door with a extra piece just in case i need it. Dan walked me through everything after everything was completed.
