Do not hire Henry Muniz Sr. of Dan's Roofing and Painting. He has an attitude towards critics of his work. He is not a responsible businessman. His workers rush through jobs and are not careful. He is more interested in making money than doing a good job. He is a pushy salesman and does not give you time to inspect his work once his workers are done with a job. Dan's Roofing & Construction was able to start my job a week ahead of schedule. They finished on time, and did wonderful work.
Do not pay up front. Let them finish, you inspect, and then pay. Dan is a pressure salesman. He wanted to be paid right after job was finished. He didn't give me the chance to inspect his work. They hadnt sealed around vents, etc.The men work too fast. Not good for quality work. Be sure to be very specific before signing contract.

Within 20 minutes of using home advisor Henry with Dans roofing called me, and that day went to look at the roof. After insurance appraisal they started the next day right on time and the crew worked until about 8:30pm and then finished the next day. It was a good experience. I recommend them!!
very professional
I needed insurance work completed, they got to me fast and did a full replacement within a couple of days. Henry kept me updated on all of the process and worked with me through email/texts/calls since I was out of town for work. They did a great job and got me handled quickly, all within what the insurance company said they would cover!
