They did the work requested. Neither the contractor or myself can do anything about the inept insurance company with which I have coverage.

The owner was unpleasant and pushy. When I commented about his late arrival, he proceeded to argue that it wasn't "that late" ignoring I had taken off from work to be there. Furthermore, he is overpriced and for this price he said there was "little profit" in the job but that it gives his crew "something to do today".
Henry walked me through the entire process and even met with the adjuster to be sure they agreed on all hail damages. My previous builder did not match new construction shingles to the old (contractor used cheapest shingles he could find) and we had two colors that looked bad. He also used galvanized silver trim. Henrys crew replaced the entire job with 40 year IR shingles and fixed all the errors the previous builder didn't do correctly (barn roof didn't tie in well with new build on) as well as get trim that matched the st... read more
