Gutter were suppose to be metal and match the roof they installed which leaks. They installed they installed white PVC. they didn't install in all places agreed to. they put down spout 5 ft in air and attached to a fence. they came back after several calls later and did not correct the problems. the down spouts are just hanging down they are not anchored to the wall. Henry's crew was told that the waves on the house were open and to be sure and hand nail short nails on those areas. They did not and now I have split boards. They were suppose to replace bad decking, we had to point it out over and over. They had to tear off sections to replace the decking and then re-roof. The vents that they installed blew off the first night. They came back and put them on. One continues to blow off. The worse part is that the roof leaks. Outstanding crew that was respectful our our property and pets. Very pleasant and cooperative. Excellent.
Dan's Roofing did amazing job and very considerate....my family has a day sleeper and the crew through it in second gear and finished the work so fast on his day off that he didn't have to get a hotel room. The quality was great as well. Will defiently call these guys first in my home improvement needs.
Awesome work when they could keep crew here. They also promised to put new hardware on our cabinet doors and drawers which to date they have not done even after repeated calls and texts to see when it would be done. Maybe Home Advisor could help us!
The guys did a great job on the roof. My only gripes were 1) I walked the roof and found a couple of decking repairs that they didn't find. Once found though, they were happy to fix them. 2) There was a miscommunication on the work scope associated with the quote. Part of that was my responsibility, so I can't be too harsh. Overall I'm satisfied with the work.
