I needed to sell my house, and from working with Danny, I've learned to trust his insights and am happy with the results. The outcome was clear and he properly communicated everything I needed to know and hear from what needs to be done to sell the house to the closing data. Additionally, Daniyal, who helped us find our rental, had great availability. I was even happier with his punctuality, as he would also show up 10 mins early to the property, like myself. We're happy with the house we're renting.
Worst real estate company and Danny Lueng is literally the worst agent I have ever worked with. Or I should say not worked with! Because he was super unresponsive and rude. Good luck selling your house with them! He never answers and when he finally does, it's rude messages. Their office doesn't answer their phone at all. I don't know why they even have a phone. Danny was fantastic! Him and his team helped me sell my home quickly (within 1 month) while other units in my building had been for sale for 100-200 days (yikes) during a particularly difficult market.
