Dr. Carroll repaired my rotor cuff and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone I know that needed surgery.

Dr. Carroll and staff and are among the best of the best. His attention to patient care in unmatched and he always takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with every step along the way - no matter how big or small.

My name is Kris Darrah. I came into your office late October. I received a bill from a collection agency today. I never received a bill or phone call from your office. I have excellent credit and have always paid my bills on time. Why did you not send me a bill or call me (if bill was lost in mail) I would of been happy to take care of it then. As I did with the collection agency as soon as I received the letter. That's pretty crappy customer service if you ask me.
Dr Carroll has replaced both my hips and done a terrific job both times. He is very patient, listens to what is asked and replies in easy to understand answers. I was only in the hospital for two days. Started PT there and continued for a few weeks. Then I was pretty much back to normal though I am still strengthen my leg. Great Job Doc!!
I am having my first surgery since moving to Missouri. I was very comfortable discussing my upcoming surgery and rehabilitation. Dr. Carroll listened to my concerns. I also liked the fact that he smiled. He was easy to talk to which made me comfortable. I expect no problems with my hip replacement.
We have been blessed to have Dr. Carroll as our family surgeon for many years. He has provided sound advice, relieved our pain, and repaired injured joints for our children, my wife and me. I might add that his staff (Annemieke) has always been caring and very knowledgeable without exception!
I do not recommend! This surgeon doesn't want to see his patients post-op. You are stuck seeing his NP after surgery. She is not very knowledgeable when it comes to orthopedic surgery. Recommend getting a 2nd opinion when dealing with his NP.
