Dr. Carroll did a great job fixing my son's finger due to a metal shearing accident at school. The ER had the option of removing his damaged fingertip down to the first knuckle but decided that if we could wait, Dr. Carroll could come in and perform surgery, and save most of his finger. He came in at the end of his workday, after he had already performed multiple scheduled surgeries at other locations, and put my son at ease with an in-depth explanation of the procedure. He did my left knee replacement and I had excellent results. I can't wait to get right one done asap.
PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE! If I could leave zero stars, I would. A number of problems with this office: 1) prescriptions are not called in right away. I had a severe infection and it took him a full 24 hours to call in the prescription. I'm diabetic and could have gone septic very easily. I have never experienced this with any other provider; prescriptions are generally called in right away. Why wait? 2) He doesn't seem to trust his NPs. Yes , had hip surgery went great
Wasn't a good experience. This Dr. puts information on your health portal from 11 yrs back. Even though it has nothing to do with the health care you receive now, it will and it can haunt you.. You will be judged and treated differently from some of the New Dr.s you see, that don't know you. It will most likely effect the health care you will receive from the time it's put on ur portal and for me, to this very day. Without your consent, I might add.
He is the absolute best ortho surgeon around. We drive over 4 hrs for all our appointments & surgeries.
Dr Carroll is always great about spending as much time as the patient needs for every appointment.
I enjoy seeing Dr. Carroll. Even though I know that the shot I'm going to get in my knee is going to hurt, I know it is going to give me comfort for several months. I trust his judgement and he is easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone having bone and joint problems.
Very personable but gets straight to the point. Definitely recommend.
