Very caring and professional, from the staff to the doctor!
I had a right ankle injury late in the evening. Annemieke got us in the next morning for an xray.. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. So is Dr. Carroll, who reviewed results shortly between OR cases. We have used him for ortho care and surgery for 20 years. You can actually talk with both of them as well as Kim, his orthopedic nurse practitioner.
I trust this Dr. to take care of all my needs with all surgery`s that need to be performed 100 [present].
I have been going to Dr. Carroll for my orthopedic needs for 30 years. He and his staff are great! Professional, friendly and always take great care.
Tore my Achilles tendon on Monday evening and was able to see Dr. Carroll on Tuesday evening at his office in Belton and then have surgery on Wednesday afternoon at Belton Regional Medical Center. I live in Raymore and appreciated the convenience of being treated so close to home and so quickly. Dr. Carroll and the staff at Belton Regional were great to deal with and took great care of me. Thank you!
Dr Carroll always thorough and takes time to talk about what is going on with your situation.
I would recommend Dr. Carroll because he did surgery on my late wife. He did both a knee replacement and back surgery.
Diagnosis, treatment, and surgery was great, But post-op care was lacking. 1.5 hour wait times to see doctor or practitioner. Had to call several times to have therapy scheduled, and did not send FLMA paperwork in on time.
